In her debut album, MONNA balances her dark sense of humor with nuanced wordplay and silver linings as she tackles sensitive subjects ranging from romantic relationships and body positivity to the daily struggles of living with Bipolar Disorder & Borderline Personality Disorder. Recorded during a pandemic, “UNSTABLE” is an anecdotal breath of fresh air that shines a new light on what it truly means to be “mentally ill”.

A NOTE FROM THE ARTIST:
“This is a vulnerable performance for me and I hope you’ll all take it with a grain of salt. It felt strange to be recording at a time like this but I feel like laughter, hope and a sense of community is important now more than ever before. Thank you to everyone who helped this crazy idea come to fruition. Throughout your life, you may have been called ‘crazy’ or ‘too much’ but I’m here to tell you that you are not alone.”
